Another Poll Shows America Is Pro-Life.
Lowest Number Yet Say They
Are Pro-Choice.
A new
Gallup poll on abortion
continues to show that
America is a pro-life
nation. The poll showed
that 50 percent say they
are pro-life and that an
all time low of 41
percent say they are
pro-choice...
Only 25 percent of
Americans identify with
the radical Planned
Parenthood and abortion
industry policy of
abortion on demand
throughout pregnancy for
any reason.
That means 75 percent of
Americans-including 20
percent who oppose all
abortions, another 39
percent who think
abortion should be
illegal except in a few
circumstances and others
who support restrictions
on abortion(Continue)

Series of Polls
Show Abortion Advocates Are The Real Extremists.
Two new polls show that
America is pro-life. A new
Gallup Poll Announced that 51 percent
of Americans
identified themselves as pro-life while only 42 percent
defined themselves as pro-choice. 49 percent of women said
they were pro-life. 44 percent said they are pro- choice.
This is the first time Gallup has found more Americans to
identify themselves as pro-life than pro-choice.

Nevada LIFE Abortion Funding
Health Care News.
The health care reform bill passed with abortion funding
provisions. The administration has already begun
to try to
fund abortion through high risk pools. We'll be
reporting more soon. In the meantime, here are
some of the more recent comments we made about the
abortion funding health care reform bill.

Now More Than
Ever, Vigorous Pro-Life Movement Needed
Why Nevada LIFE? Why a pro-life
movement? Because every life is precious, the sanctity of human life
is under assault and the bioethical (life) issues confronting our
nation cannot be left to another generation. There have been over 50
million abortions in America. Less than one percent has been for
rape and incest. Less than 5 percent are to protect the life of the
mother. There will be 1.3 million abortions in America this year,
with almost 10,000 in Nevada. Twenty-five percent of pregnancies in
Nevada will end in abortion. (Continue)

Roe v. Wade Approaches 40. Mother Teresa on Roe's
Impact
Says Roe
Has
Deformed
A Great
Nation.
“America needs no words
from me to see how your
decision in Roe v. Wade
has deformed a great
nation. The so-called
right to abortion has
pitted mothers against
their children and women
against men. It has
shown violence and
discord at the heart of
the most intimate human
relationships. It has
aggravated the
derogation of the
father’s role in an
increasingly fatherless
society. It has
portrayed the greatest
of gifts ~ a child ~ as
a competitor, an
intrusion, and an
inconvenience. It has
nominally accorded
mothers unfettered
dominion over the
independent lives of
their physically
dependent sons and
daughters. And in
granting this
unconscionable power, it
has exposed many women
to unjust and selfish
demands from their
husbands or other sexual
partners. Human rights
are not a privilege
conferred by government.
They are every human
being’s entitlement by
virtue of his humanity.
The right to life does
not depend, and must not
be declared to be
contingent, on the
pleasure of anyone else,
not even a parent or a
sovereign.”
Mother Teresa.

Nevada District Court
Judge Egan Walker has
decided not to order an
abortion for Rev. Bill
and Amy Bauer’s pregnant
32-year-old mentally
disabled daughter.
As we noted previously,
Judge Walker was
“presiding over hearings
to determine if a
32-year-old mentally
disabled woman should be
permitted to carry her
pregnancy to term or
whether it is in her
‘best interests’ to be
forced to have an
abortion against the
will of her parents who
are her guardians.”

Abortion Increases Mental Health Risks 81 Percent.
Accounts For 10 Percent of All Mental Health Problems
A new landmark study
published this month in
the
British Journal of
Psychiatry
by Dr. Priscilla Coleman
of Bowling Green
University the most
published researcher in
the field of abortion
and mental health, finds
that women who have an
abortion are eighty-one
percent more likely to
have mental health
problems than those who
give birth. It also
found that a staggering
ten percent of mental
health problems are
directly attributable to
abortion. LifeNews.com's
Steven Ertelt reports
that "Coleman's
study is based on an
analysis of 22 separate
studies which, in total,
examine the pregnancy
experiences of 877,000
women, with 163,831
women having an
abortion."

No Doubt That Pro-Lifers Have
Earned Right To Action On Our Issues
Pro-Life Position Provides Net 14 Percent
Advantage. Pro-Life Position “The New Normal.”
The November
elections were a huge win for pro-lifers and resulted in huge gains
in the Congress. That's what makes the comments of SOME
conservatives and SOME Republicans so unpersuasive when they try to
kick pro-lifers to the curb and tell the new Republican House
majority not to take on socially conservative issues like abortion.
Pro-lifers have earned the right to action on our issues. There
would be no Republican majority in the House nor the substantial
gains in the Senate without so many candidates taking a pro-life
position.
